Current limits
The current registrar workspace uses local deterministic fixtures only. It does not issue diplomas, issue official transcripts, seal PDFs, approve grade changes without step-up, post official grade changes, bypass transcript hold rules, change attendance-engine hours, edit final grades, run production bulk corrections, open full financial-aid records, open restricted records, open private notes, or write production student status changes.

Support request boundary

Use Sev2 if production credential issue appears enabled, transcript clock hours can differ from attendance-engine hours, failed requirements can be ignored, grade changes can be approved without step-up, holds can be bypassed, or restricted/private records appear. Use Sev3 for completion audit, transcript request, hold, grade-change, record-review, source-field, or access-boundary issues; use Sev4 for labels or layout feedback. This panel does not submit a support case.
