Only test-mode account IDs and test secret-key labels are allowed in this proof.
Live charges, live payouts, and live onboarding redirects are blocked until payment specialist review.
Otto never stores raw card, bank account, or Stripe-hosted onboarding identity fields.
Webhook processing and refund authorization remain proof-only; payment collection, refunds, payouts, and ledger persistence stay inactive until expert review.
Payer-paid card fees remain off by default and proof-only until counsel, state, card-network, disclosure, refund, and ledger review gates pass.
