Pricing
Otto's public pricing is based on the students a school is actively serving, not surprise module bundles. Schools keep tuition revenue; Otto takes no tuition or payment share.
All
Every public tier includes LMS, SIS, admissions, forms, communications, live and recorded classes, reporting, compliance, and AI.
0%
Otto does not take a percentage of tuition or student payments. Subscription revenue is separate.
3-mo
A school's tier is based on the average active-student count across the last three months.
30 days
A school moves up only after crossing the tier limit by more than 10%, with 30 days' notice.

Billing count
Otto bills for the students the school is currently serving. Historical records, alumni access, and non-student users do not inflate the tier.
The billable tier uses the average active-student count across the last three months, so one large start date does not immediately move the school up.
A school moves up only when the three-month average exceeds the tier limit by more than 10%.
Otto gives 30 days' notice before a higher tier applies. A school moves down at its next billing date when its average falls below the lower tier limit.
Graduates, withdrawn students, and alumni keep access to their own records, transcript and diploma requests, and placement follow-up without counting toward the school's tier.
Advisor stays separate from core Otto LMS pricing. It can be offered to operating schools or new schools preparing approval packages, but launch terms need their own review.
